Mist and Moss LLC is the nexus of Ecological Literacy, Critical Thinking, and Artistry.

Our founder Valerie Arca is an ecological horticulturist who studies the relationships between soil life, plants, and animals and uses her expertise to design and manage naturalistic gardens that are aesthetically captivating, ecologically functional, and optimize garden management by putting ecology to work!

We offer Native Garden Design, Ecological Garden Management, and Garden Consulting that promotes Sustainability, Health, and the thriving of Life in garden ecosystems of WNC.
